The Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Navy warned on Thursday that “foreigners have no right to any share in this land or the Strait of Hormuz,” stressing that “the adventures of the terrorist US army” and its interference in shipping lanes will be met with a strong response.

In a statement, the IRGC Navy said: “Foreign powers have no place in this land or in the Strait of Hormuz,” warning that any attempt by the US military to interfere in determining navigation routes would be met with a decisive response.

Such response “could disrupt the gradual reopening of the Strait of Hormuz and threaten the interests of states relying on it,” it added.

The force stressed the outcome of conflict is determined by “the power of faith, not the quantity of weapons.”

It added that its forces have tightened control over the strategic waterway over the past two weeks, raising transit capacity to around 50% of pre-war levels, with further increases planned for vessels authorized to pass under routes set by the Islamic Republic and in line with strict security protocols.

The IRGC Navy also hailed the “insightful and courageous nation,” over the mass turnout at funeral processions for the martyred Leader of the Islamic Revolution Imam Sayyed Ali Khamenei in Iran and Iraq.

The turnout demonstrated that “the era of great-power coercion is ending and this century belongs to the will of nations.”

It praised “the fighters of Islam” for responding to US violations, asserting that “the outcome of the battle is determined not by weapons, but by the strength of faith.”
