Four fighters of the Hashd Shaabi paramilitary force were martyred while repelling an attack by ISIL terrorist group north of Baghdad.
Iraqi media reported that a car belonging to the Hashd Shaabi was targeted by a bomb attack in the city of Tarmiyah, north of Baghdad.
Two Hashd fighters were martyred and five others were injured, Shafaq News reported on Saturday.
Meanwhile, Saberin News confirmed the explosion and reported that clashes erupted later on three fronts between the Hashd forces and the ISIL Takfiri elements.
During the clashes, two Hashd fighters were martyred and seven others were wounded, Saberin News added.
