Terrorists on Sunday detonated a car bomb in a suburb near the capital Damascus, killing five people.

SANA news agency reported that the bombing took place near the crossroad of Beit Jin village close to Saasaa town in the western countryside of Damascus Countryside Province.

Five people were killed while fifteen others were injured, some were seriously the agency added.

A medical source at Mamdouh Abaza Hospital in Quneitra said that ten injured persons, including two children and seven women, were admitted to the Hospital.
