The Qassam Brigades (the military wing of Hamas) announced that its fighters are engaged in a fierce battle with the occupation forces that have penetrated east of the Tannour neighborhood in the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip, saying that it “targeted an Israeli occupation force entrenched inside a house in the city of Rafah and killed and wounded its members.” It also announced that it targeted an Israeli tank with a 105 Al-Yassin shell east of the Tannour neighborhood in the city of Rafah as well.
