Director-general of Al-Manar TV, Hajj Ibrahim Farhat, stressed that the Channel assumes a great responsibility as the voice of the Resistance, adding that it has also raised the Arab and Islamic causes.
In an interview with Al-Ahed Website, Farhat underlined Al-Manar commitment to broadcast all what is credible and clear, away from the sedition propaganda adopted by many other TV channels.
Al-Manar produces 80% of its programs and looks for developing its performance by relying on its cadres professionalism, according to Farhat, who refuted the claim that the channel succeeds only during the military battles in Lebanon and the region. In this regard, Farhat mentioned many Al-Manar programs that succeeded although they were not related to any military issue.
Al-Manar channel is celebrating on Tuesday the 30th anniversary of its establishment. Under the slogan “Clarity of Vision”, Al-Manar has prepared several activities to celebrate the event. Hezbollah Secretary Generall Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah is going to address the occasion with a televised speech that will be broadcast via Al-Manar at 17:40 (Beirut time) on the same day.
