Member of Loyalty to Resistance parliamentary bloc, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Moussawi, maintained that Lebanon and the entire region are facing serious and fateful changes that may alter destinies and maps.
Addressing the parliament during a session held to question the government about its role and performance in facing the Zionist aggression, MP Moussawi stressed that all the Lebanese must assume their responsibilities in confronting the existential peril.
MP Moussawi reported the Israeli airstrikes on Bekaa which took place during the parliamentary session, affirming that the Lebanese state has never assumes its responsibilities equally in all the Lebanese areas.
Hezbollah lawmaker recalled how Imam Sayyed Moussa Al-Sadr formed the popular resistance amid the absence of the Lebanese state in face of the Israeli enemy.
MP Moussawi underlined the international ban on the Lebanese Army armament, calling on the states that consider themselves as Lebanon’s friends, to support the Lebanese Army.
The US envoys Hochstein, Ortagus, and Barrack have visited Lebanon only to convey threats, MP Moussawi said.
MP Moussawi stressed that Lebanon has met all the requirements of the ceasefire agreement, but that the Israeli enemy has not observed any of its commitments.
The ceasefire monitor committee has failed to prevent over 3000 Zionist violations that left hundreds of martyrs and injuries, MP Moussawi said.
