Three Israeli occupation soldiers were killed and an officer was wounded in Gaza amid ongoing fighting with Palestinian resistance groups in the Strip’s north.
Israeli occupation army announced the three deaths on Tuesday, saying their tank was hit by a blast in the northern Gaza city of Jabalia at around noon on Monday, according to Israeli media.
The officer was hospitalized in serious condition, The Times of Israel quoted the occupation army as saying.
Their deaths raised the Israeli toll in the ground offensive in Gaza and in military operations along the border with the Strip to 454 soldiers.

The announcement of the soldiers’ deaths came shortly before two rockets were launched from the central Gaza Strip at southern occupied territories, Israeli media reported.
The occupation military announced the rocket launch, saying they were intercepted.
Tuesday’s deaths came three weeks after the Zionist occupation reported one of its deadliest days in months in Gaza, where seven soldiers were killed after a bomb was attached to their armored vehicle.
Abu Obeida, the spokesperson for the Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, vowed that the group would inflict additional losses on the Israeli military every day.
