Qatar Foreign Minister Mohammad bin Abdol Rahman Al Thani said that the Qatar News Agency (QNA) hackers will be prosecuted and that the related investigations are ongoing.
Many friendly countries are ready to participate in the crime of hacking QNA website, according to Qatar top diplomat who condemned the coordinated propaganda launched by US and Arab media outlets against Doha.
QNA published statements attributed to Qatar Emir Tamim bin Hamad At Thani who said that Iran is a major Islamic power and that Hezbollah is a resistance group.
In response, Saudi and Emirati media outlets harshly criticized the Qatari leader, considering that Doha is causing partition among the Gulf countries.
Later on, QNA claimed that its website was hacked and that the statements were untrue.
